Position: Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Bangalore (In-office)

Duration: 6 months

Position Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment. You will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate engagement, and coordination with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support campus hiring drives, internships, and placement processes.
• Maintain candidate data and track progress in the recruitment funnel.
• Provide administrative support to the TA team as required.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, or related field.
• Strong communication
• Enthusiasm to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
