Talent Acquisition Intern

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a short-term internship (1-2 months). This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and core HR operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Sourcing:
• Post job descriptions on standard job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and social media channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• HR Operations:
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and verification.
• Maintain employee files, databases, and HR records.
• Support daily HR operational tasks and respond to internal queries.
• Help organize intern engagements or company activities.

Requirements & Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and general HR functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ZOHO
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
