Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Duration: 6 months

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in end-to-end hiring activities. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about HR, recruitment, and building strong talent pipelines. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate trackers and MIS reports
• Support in posting job openings and managing responses
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and process updates
• Assist in offer documentation and pre-joining engagement
• Support campus hiring, walk-in drives, and recruitment events
• Adhere to recruitment SLAs and compliance guidelines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
• High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate or Pursuing /recently completed MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
• Available for a full-time internship for the specified duration
