Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers in Excel/ATS/Zoho CRM.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate pre-boarding activities and document collection.
• Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Support bulk hiring and lateral hiring across Sales, Technical, Customer Support, and Corporate functions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports for the Talent Acquisition team.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Eagerness to learn recruitment and HR processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. These responsibilities align with common Talent Acquisition internship expectations across the industry.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Apna.
• Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of Zoho CRM or ATS will be an added advantage.
