Responsibilities:

• Research the market to find potential candidates.
• Help create and post job openings.
• Review resumes and do basic candidate screening.
• Assist in planning recruitment strategies.
• Communicate with candidates and build good relationships.
• Share regular updates on hiring progress.

Requirements:

• Currently studying human resources, business, or a related field.
• Interested in recruitment and hiring.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR or recruitment is helpful.
• Eager to learn and take initiative.
• Must have a personal desktop or laptop.
