Talent Acquisition Intern

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source and attract top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop a recruitment strategy accordingly.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the job description's qualifications.
• Assist in scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (talent acquisition).
• Strong understanding of headhunting techniques for identifying highly skilled professionals.
• Proficiency in using various platforms for sourcing candidates (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and applicants.
