Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up on interview feedback, offers, and joining formalities.
• Support onboarding and recruitment drives.
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates.
