• Understand job requirements and assist in recruitment activities.
• Connect with candidates through calls and schedule interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with the recruitment team throughout the hiring process.
• Learn the complete recruitment and talent acquisition cycle.

• Students, freshers and candidates interested in building a career in HR can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR will be an added advantage.
• Energetic, confident and willing to learn.
