Talent Acquisition Intern

Role & responsibilities :

• Handle non-IT and sales hiring requirements across various roles and levels
• Source and screen candidate profiles from job portals, databases, and other channels
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements and role fitment
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage interview coordination communicating timelines, rescheduling, and gathering feedback
• Collect and verify candidate documents (ID proofs, offer-related documents, previous employment records, etc.)
• Conduct timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers/MIS and update candidate status regularly
• Coordinate with hiring managers/department heads for hiring needs and updates

Preferred candidate profile :

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to coordinate across teams
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach
