End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage full-cycle hiring for roles across Business, Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Support functions.
• Source candidates through various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, internal references, direct sourcing).
• Screen, evaluate and shortlist profiles based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess fitment, expectations, and competencies.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth evaluation.

Recruitment Operations

• Maintain accurate hiring trackers and dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, quality standards, and compliance processes.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and TA projects.
