Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role

Infinity Learn is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support end-to-end hiring for Coding & Robotics Faculty roles across India. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience in EdTech recruitment, sourcing, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for Coding & Robotics Faculty positions across multiple locations in India
• Post job openings on job boards, social media, and internal career pages
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit (subject expertise, communication, teaching aptitude)
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring panels
• Maintain and update candidate trackers/ATS with accurate, real-time status
• Follow up with candidates through the hiring pipeline to ensure a smooth experience
• Assist in offer rollout coordination and documentation
• Support employer branding initiatives related to faculty hiring
• Generate weekly hiring status reports for the TA team

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-ups
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
• Interest in EdTech, coding, or STEM education is an advantage
• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Duration & Type

• Internship (Full-time, on-site, Duration: 2 months)
• Stipend: As per company norms
