Talent Acquisition Intern

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent through various channels including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial resume and cover letter screenings to identify potential candidates meeting position requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide qualified candidate pools.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and offers.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements :

• Strong communication skills are needed to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in ATS systems is an added advantage.
• Experience in talent sourcing and recruitment processes is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are essential.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is beneficial.
