Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their experience, skills, and career goals.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/internal recruitment teams.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment pipelines in the ATS.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist recruiters with day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Work towards recruitment targets and turnaround times.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates.
• Prepare basic recruitment reports and update candidate status.

Who Can Apply

• Candidates who have completed their graduation in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates looking to start their career in Talent Acquisition, HR, or Recruitment.
• Candidates with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
• Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory.
