Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and onboarding candidates. This role will provide hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and maintain candidate trackers/MIS.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with candidate documentation and pre-onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update recruitment dashboards.
• Support the team in preparing recruitment reports and hiring updates.
• Assist in employer branding and other HR initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Graduate pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes.
• Prior internship or exposure to recruitment will be an added advantage.
