Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, employer branding, stakeholder coordination, and talent acquisition processes.

Duration: 6 Months
Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process for internship and full-time hiring.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and scheduling.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate tracking in recruitment systems.
• Draft and post job advertisements across various hiring platforms.
• Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare recruitment reports, trackers, and hiring metrics.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with ad hoc recruitment projects and administrative activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (completed)in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Preffered Prior internship or project experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other sourcing platforms is a plus.
