Talent Acquisition Intern

As a TA Intern, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers and get exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the recruitment system.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
• Assist recruiters in managing the recruitment pipeline and tracking candidate status.
• Support the team with recruitment-related reports and MIS.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for interview feedback and candidate updates.
• Assist with other HR and Talent Acquisition activities as required.

What Were Looking For:

• Students or graduates pursuing/completed MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, BMS, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to communicate confidently with candidates.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
