• Assist the HR team with end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Support the hiring process for various departments at NoBroker.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Contact candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer letters and joining formalities.
• Assist with onboarding and documentation processes.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Preferred candidate profile
