Talent Acquisition Intern (Mumbai based only)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who is energetic, proactive, and genuinely interested in recruitment and people. You will work closely with the HR team across sourcing, screening, candidate coordination, and hiring.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines
• Draft and post job descriptions
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records
• Support campus hiring and recruitment initiatives
• Assist the HR team with other people-related activities

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / HR
• Proactive, energetic, and willing to learn
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable speaking with candidates and stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and MS Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
• Freshers are welcome

Important: This is a Mumbai-based, full-time in-office role. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable working from the office and are serious about building a career in Talent Acquisition.
