Talent Acquisition - HR Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Source suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Understand job descriptions and identify candidates who match the required skills and experience.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer discussions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining the quality of hiring.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate screening, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
