Job Summary

We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients for a 3-Month Paid Internship in Talent Acquisition / Non-IT Recruitment, with an opportunity for full-time employment based on performance during the internship period.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, with good communication, sourcing, candidate engagement, and coordination skills. During the internship, the candidate will get hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle and work closely with the HR and hiring teams.

Upon successful completion of the 3-month internship, candidates may be considered for a full-time employment opportunity. The CTC for the full-time position will be decided based on the candidate's performance, skills, contribution, and overall evaluation during the internship period.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and support the development of effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, employee referrals, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct cold calling, headhunting, market mapping, and proactive candidate outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Assist in salary discussions, offer coordination, and pre-joining candidate engagement.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while working towards defined hiring timelines.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate trackers, and hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop an understanding of market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate from a recognized university.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
• Candidates with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition / Non-IT Recruitment are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• Willingness to learn sourcing, cold calling, headhunting, and candidate engagement techniques.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a target-oriented environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
