Talent Acquisition Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare positions, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer rollout, and joining.
• Source candidates for doctors, radiologists, technicians, phlebotomists, and healthcare operations roles through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, compensation expectations, notice periods, and role suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads, ensuring timely feedback and follow-ups.
• Verify candidate qualifications, certifications, and documents as per organizational requirements.
• Manage offer negotiations, pre-joining engagement, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS to monitor vacancy status, hiring timelines, and joining ratios.
• Build talent pipelines and support bulk hiring and urgent staffing requirements across healthcare facilities.
