We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our corporate office and branch operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to candidate onboarding.
• Source, screen, shortlist, interview, and coordinate the selection of suitable candidates.
• Recruit Branch Managers, Area Sales Managers, Customer Relationship Executives (CREs), Operations Executives, Sales Executives, and corporate office employees.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per business requirements.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

2. Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pool Development

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, and other channels.
• Conduct headhunting for managerial and specialised positions.
• Build candidate databases, particularly from Gold Loan, NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, and Retail sectors.
• Implement cost-effective recruitment strategies.

3. Screening & Interview Coordination

• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess experience, communication, salary expectations, notice period, and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the selection process.
• Handle salary discussions and offer negotiations within approved budgets.

4. Recruitment Planning & Vacancy Closure

• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Maintain position-wise vacancy trackers.
• Prioritise critical and urgent hiring requirements.
• Ensure recruitment closure within defined turnaround times.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Minimise offer dropouts and candidate no-shows.

5. Background Verification & Joining

• Coordinate employment background verification and reference checks.
• Verify previous employment, experience, salary records, and educational qualifications.
• Ensure completion of recruitment documentation.
• Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding with the HR team.

6. Recruitment MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment progress reports.
• Track candidate sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, and joinings.
• Monitor recruitment conversion ratios and hiring turnaround time.
• Identify recruitment bottlenecks and take corrective action.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Experience

• 2 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex and other recruitment portals.
• Experience recruiting for NBFC, Gold Loan, Banking, Financial Services, Retail, or Sales positions preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies across locations.

1. Timely closure of assigned vacancies.

6. Quality of hiring and candidate retention.
7. Accurate and timely recruitment MIS reporting.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated, target-driven recruitment professional who can independently handle multiple hiring requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to work closely with management to fulfil recruitment requirements.

Candidates with recruitment experience in Gold Loan companies, NBFCs, Banking, or Financial Services will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: 20,000 25,000
• Annual Salary: 2.40 – 3.00 LPA
• Salary will depend on experience and suitability.
