Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process for multiple non-IT positions, ensuring timely closure of vacancies.
• Recruit for positions such as E-commerce Specialists, Digital Marketing Executives, Graphic Designers, Marketing Executives, Customer Support Executives, Shopify Developers and other business support roles.
• Source relevant profiles through Naukri, job portals, professional networks, databases, referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct daily candidate outreach, screening calls, follow-ups and maintain consistent calling productivity.
• Evaluate resumes based on job requirements, relevant skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period and suitability for the role.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers, coordinate candidate availability and ensure timely feedback from interview panels.
• Track recruitment turnaround time for every vacancy and follow up proactively to meet agreed hiring timelines.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers covering calls made, profiles sourced, resumes screened, interviews scheduled, selections, offers and joining status.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to minimize dropouts and improve joining ratios.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer releases, documentation, follow-ups and joining formalities in consultation with the HR team.
• Understand role requirements, hiring priorities and selection criteria to deliver relevant candidate profiles.
• Share daily and periodic recruitment reports highlighting progress, pending positions, challenges and expected closure dates.
• Focus on fulfilling the company's internal manpower requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Any degree or MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly non-IT recruitment.
• Proven experience hiring for E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing and Shopify-related positions.
• Strong sourcing, screening, candidate evaluation and interview coordination skills.
• Experience using Naukri and other recruitment portals.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet daily recruitment targets and hiring TATs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good follow-up, negotiation, coordination and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for recruitment tracking and reporting.
• A proactive, organized and result-oriented approach to recruitment.
