Talent Acquisition Executive

Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for recruitment of potential candidates

- Liaise with managers/team leads to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates

- Identifying the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.

- Responsible for full cycle of recruiting, starting from requirement understanding to sourcing till successful on-boarding

- Handle Non-IT recruitment across Manufacturing, Plant Hiring, Electronics and Electrical, Engineering Hiring.

- Sourcing candidates from various job portals, linkedIn & other databases

- Perform screening calls to analyse applicants abilities

- Maintaining required MIS on submissions, interviews and selects on timely basis

- Responsible for creating and managing the candidate experience at every stage during the recruitment process

Preferred candidate profile

- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred.

- Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment, particularly in Manufacturing, Plant Hiring, Electronics and Electrical, Engineering Hiring.

- Good grasp on recruitment portals and other hiring platforms

- Dynamic & Self-motivated individual

- Passionate towards recruitment
