Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end hiring for the organization. The candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience in handling multiple positions, and the ability to coordinate with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
  
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.

• Negotiate salary and finalize offers with selected candidates
  
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
  
• Ensure timely offer rollout and follow-up with candidates until joining.
  
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience.
  
• Education: Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
  
• Experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical recruitment will be preferred.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
