Talent Acquisition Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
• Coordinate bulk hiring, mass hiring, lateral hiring, non-IT recruitment and sales hiring initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client expectations.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in BPO recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including bulk hiring, mass hiring, lateral hiring etc.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
