Strong exposure to mass/bulk hiring
Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and talent mapping
Proficiency in job portals and employee referrals
Experience in field-level and store-level hiring
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and deliver within timelines
