Talent Acquisition Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with strong expertise in hiring for Cloud, AI, and broader technology roles. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of technical skill sets, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

This role requires someone who can independently manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, understand complex technical requirements, identify quality talent in competitive markets, and provide hiring insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, with a strong focus on Cloud, AI/ML, Data, Software Engineering, DevOps and related technology roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand the role, technical requirements, team structure, critical competencies, and candidate profile.
• Translate complex technical requirements into effective search and sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, referrals, talent mapping and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidates on relevant technical experience, career fit, motivation, communication skills and role expectations.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for niche and difficult-to-hire technical skill sets.
• Drive hiring for areas such as:
• Cloud technologies including AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
• Generative AI and LLM-related talent
• Data Engineering / Data Science
• DevOps, SRE and Cloud Infrastructure
• Software Engineering and Architecture
• Manage stakeholders throughout the recruitment cycle and provide regular updates on pipeline health, market availability and hiring challenges.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback and offer processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Use recruitment data and market intelligence to help stakeholders make informed hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment information and ensure timely updates in the organization's ATS/recruitment system.

Candidate Requirements

• 10 plus years ofpProven experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Recruitment, preferably with substantial experience hiring niche technology talent.
• Strong experience recruiting for Cloud and/or AI-related positions.
• Good understanding of technical terminology and ability to differentiate between relevant technology stacks and candidate skill sets.
• Experience sourcing candidates for skills such as AWS, Azure, GCP, AI/ML, GenAI, Python, Data Engineering, DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker and modern software engineering technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to consult, influence and appropriately challenge hiring managers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple technical requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong hands-on sourcing skills, including Boolean search and passive talent identification.
• Good understanding of the technology talent market and ability to conduct talent mapping for niche requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and operate effectively in a fast-paced hiring environment.
