Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze manpower requirements received from different departments.

• Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements, profiles, and timelines.

• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and allocate requirements to the appropriate consultants.

• Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee references, and professional networks.

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on the required skills, experience, qualifications, and organizational requirements.

• Communicate with candidates through phone, email, and other channels regarding job opportunities, interview schedules, availability, and joining timelines.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Conduct initial HR screening and participate in candidate interviews.

• Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including documentation, salary discussions, offer release, and joining.

• Prepare and issue offer letters and other HR-related documents.

• Assist in salary negotiations and ensure alignment with approved salary structures.

• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of positions.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

• Support HR activities and other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
