Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer rollout, and joining.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Requirements:

• Any graduate; MBA in HR is preferred.
• Hospital or diagnostic industry experience is mandatory.
• Experience in clinical hiring, especially X-Ray Technicians, will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
