Executive Talent Acquisition

Location: Head Office, Sector 67, Gurugram, Haryana
Department: Human Resources
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Qualification: MBA in HR from a reputed university/institution

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team at our Head Office in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from manpower requisition to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and job specifications in coordination with department heads and hiring managers.
• Source and attract suitable candidates through job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies in line with defined recruitment targets and timelines.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, joining formalities, and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and regular reports on recruitment progress.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation and benefits will be as per industry standards within the infrastructure sector, commensurate with experience and suitability.
