Company- a leading premium apparel brand

Position- HR Executive (Non-IT Recruiter)

Location- Dumas road, Surat (The office will be relocated to Sachin, Surat, after six months)

Working days- 5 days

Office timings- 10am to 6:30pm

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer rollout, and joining coordination.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with respective stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Handle salary discussions, negotiations, offer management, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and provide regular updates on open positions and closures.
• Assist in employee engagement activities, HR initiatives, and implementation of HR policies and processes.
