Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2H and permanent positions.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, Shine, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate discussions, and assess suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
• Negotiate salaries, manage offers, and follow up with candidates until joining.
• Maintain candidate databases and achieve recruitment targets.

Required Skills:

• 24 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with C2H and permanent hiring.
• Good knowledge of job portals, candidate sourcing, and screening.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
