Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Payroll Management and Recruitment, ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Manage Payroll Processing: salary administration, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory compliance.
• HR Operations: employee records, attendance, leave management, and HRIS updates.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to support manpower planning and workforce engagement.
• Drive HR initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll systems, HR compliance, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Male candidates preferred for this role.
