Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with stakeholders
• Manage offer rollout and candidate engagement
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process

Required Skills:

• Strong sourcing and networking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in using job portals and LinkedIn hiring
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and ATS
• Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA in HR or relevant field
• Experience in IT/EdTech hiring is a plus
