We are building a system-led wealth platform where AI handles research, monitoring, and portfolio analysis, and human advisors step in for judgment and behaviour at the right moments. The goal is consistent, long-term decision making, not short-term returns. Our distribution is trust-led. Zomint is built on top of the Bekifaayati community with 5M+ followers, where users already engage with personal finance content and come in with intent, not persuasion. This is not a typical fintech app. We are building infrastructure for multi-decade financial relationships across investments, insurance, tax, and planning. We are early. Which means real ownership, real ambiguity, and the opportunity to shape core systems from scratch. We move fast, ship constantly, and expect the same from our team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal database.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
