We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment. This role focuses on managing end-to-end hiring, sourcing strong technical talent, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Recruit for technical roles including Software Developers, Data Engineers, AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, and Full Stack Developers.
• Understand technical requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
• Manage candidate communication, offer negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and hiring reports.
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to achieve hiring targets.
• Build and maintain a strong technical talent pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in IT Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong experience in end-to-end IT hiring.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience hiring across multiple technical skill sets.
• Strong candidate screening and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job descriptions.
• Experience with ATS / recruitment tools is preferred.

• MBA in Human Resources / HR Management or equivalent.
