Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable making a high volume of recruitment calls and interacting with candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 50+ recruitment calls per day to potential candidates.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job openings.
• Communicate job roles, responsibilities, salary, and other relevant details to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment updates in Google Sheets/trackers.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates for documentation and onboarding requirements.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
• Coordinate with the internal TA/recruitment team.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate / Degree in any discipline.
• 01 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Telecalling, Customer Calling, or a similar role.
• Freshers are welcome if they have strong communication and convincing skills.
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
• Fluency in any 2 South Indian languages is mandatory (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling 50+ calls per day.
• Good follow-up, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel.
• Must have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
• Should be comfortable working independently in a Work From Home environment.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week.
