Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Executive

Talent Acquisition Lead
Role Purpose
Support recruitment delivery by managing sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions while contributing to the development of internal talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Execution

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assessment.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback collection.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Support offer rollout and joining coordination.

Talent Sourcing

• Build talent pools for recurring and niche skill requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases and talent communities.
• Increase direct sourcing contribution and reduce dependency on vendors.
• Conduct talent mapping for future hiring requirements.

Recruitment Operations

• Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation.
• Ensure timely updates in ATS, trackers, and reports.
• Support recruitment metrics and reporting.

Candidate Experience

• Ensure positive and professional candidate interactions.
• Maintain communication SLAs throughout the process.

• Number of profiles sourced
• Quality of shortlisted profiles
• Technical round conversion rate
• Interview-to-offer ratio
• Hiring closure support
