About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in recruitment, bulk hiring, and non-IT/Sales hiring. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Hire for Non-IT, Sales, BFSI & NBFC roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and drive closures.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and ensure accurate ATS updates.
• Track interview schedules, feedback, selections, and joining status.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely onboarding.
• Meet recruitment targets and hiring timelines.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Recruitment / Staffing.
• Hands-on experience in Bulk Hiring.
• Experience in Non-IT Hiring and Sales Hiring preferred.
• Exposure to BFSI / NBFC recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and LinkedIn Hiring.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up and closure skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Recruitment Consultancy /permanent hiring background with hands-on experience in Bulk Hiring, Sales Hiring, Non-IT Recruitment, and BFSI/NBFC hiring will be preferred.
