Role & responsibilities :
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases and references.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up for interview feedback, offer acceptance and joining.
- Handle multiple Non-IT requirements and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Recruitment consultancy/agency experience will be an advantage.
