Talent Acquisition Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other appropriate recruitment channels.
• Conduct targeted searches using filters, keywords and other sourcing techniques.
• Research and identify the most effective platforms, talent pools, databases, communities and sourcing channels for different types of roles.
• Build and maintain relevant candidate pipelines and talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening calls to validate basic candidate information, experience, interest, availability, notice period and other role-specific requirements.
• Accurately update candidate profiles, stages, remarks and screening outcomes in the HRMS/ATS.
• Continuously research and experiment with new sourcing methods and talent channels to improve the quality and efficiency of hiring.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
• Experience in IT/Technical Recruitment preferred
• Strong hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn
• Good understanding of Boolean Search and targeted sourcing
• Experience in CV screening and candidate assessment
• Strong telephonic screening and candidate engagement skills
• Experience in candidate pipeline and talent pool management
• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRMS
• Good communication, follow-up and coordination skills
• Bachelors degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
