Position: Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, screening, and coordinating with potential candidates for various job openings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements and prepare suitable recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate communication and screening.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in preparing and releasing job postings on recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with HR and business teams to ensure timely closure of vacancies.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Naukri.com, LinkedIn, or other recruitment platforms is an advantage.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
