Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates across production, quality, maintenance, stores, purchase, PPC, SCM, engineering, sales, and other non-IT functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requisition to joining.
• Understand manpower requirements from HODs and Managers and prepare recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, social media, databases, and local recruitment channels.
• Handle recruitment for:
  
• Production & Operations
• Quality
• Maintenance
• PPC
• Stores & Warehouse
• Purchase
• SCM
• R&D / Design
• Sales & Marketing
• Engineering
• Supervisory and Shop-Floor positions
• ITI, Diploma, Graduate and Experienced candidates
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical, managerial and management-level interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate salary discussions, selection approvals and offer releases.
• Ensure proper joining documentation and pre-employment formalities.
• Follow up with selected candidates regularly until joining.
• Maintain recruitment MIS including:
  
• Open positions
• Profiles sourced
• Profiles shortlisted
• Interviews scheduled
• Selected candidates
• Offers released
• Joining status
• Time-to-fill
• Source-wise hiring
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and monitor their performance.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database/talent pool for recurring manufacturing positions.
• Support campus, ITI and local recruitment drives whenever required.
• Ensure recruitment is aligned with approved manpower budgets and company policies.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Non-IT / Manufacturing recruitment.
• Good understanding of manufacturing job profiles and shop-floor requirements.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Good follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization.
• Experience in hiring ITI, Diploma, Engineers, Executives, Supervisors and Managers.
• Candidates from manufacturing / engineering / automotive / HVAC / sheet-metal / industrial products industries will be preferred.
