Core Experience Required

Minimum 1 years of core experience in recruitment, preferably in digital marketing, creative, media, advertising, and tech roles (IT & Non-IT).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse digital marketing roles such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Creative, Client Servicing, Brand Strategy, Content, Web Development, and more.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role expectations and build effective digital hiring strategies.
• Source and attract top talent using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, communities, employee referrals, and creative sourcing methods.
• Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future marketing, creative, and tech requirements.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, role evolutions, and competitor hiring patterns.
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with organizational processes and employment guidelines.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong experience hiring for digital marketing, creative, and technology roles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social hiring.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
