Talent Acquisition Executive

Role : We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to offer closure.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good follow-up abilities, and a proactive approach to hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers and Department Heads.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, negotiations, and offer closures.
• Ensure timely completion of pre-joining documentation.
• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
• Ensure open positions are closed within the agreed TAT and hiring timelines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information in the ATS/HRMS.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
