Job Title: HR Recruiter (Minimum 0-1 Year of Experience)

Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai (Work from Office)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday - Friday) Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Description

• Source and connect with candidates through various recruitment platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their experience, skills, and career expectations.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and the concerned team.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview status and updates.
• Discuss job offers, roles, responsibilities, and other relevant details with selected candidates.
• Handle salary negotiations and coordinate with candidates and internal teams.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  

Candidate Profile

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and enthusiastic.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and recruitment activities simultaneously.
• Prior recruitment/telecalling/HR experience is an advantage.
