Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Foundit, and other job portals
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Manage multiple IT requirements simultaneously
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders for hiring updates
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines
• Ensure quality hiring within defined timelines

Required Skills

• Strong experience in IT Recruitment
• Expertise in sourcing through various job portals and social platforms
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of technical skills and IT roles
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
