Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers/school principals
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment MIS/reports
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate with branch/school heads to understand manpower requirements
• Negotiate and close offers within approved budgets and timelines
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Achieve hiring targets (TAT, quality of hire, offer-to-joining ratio) as defined by management

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment (freshers with strong communication may be considered)
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage bulk/volume hiring under tight timelines
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
