Role Non-IT Recruiter (Data Center Hiring)

Experience: 2-8 years
Department: Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a Recruiter for Data Center hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, facilities, and support roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Hire for Data Center, MEP, Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, BMS, UPS, DG, Facilities, EHS, Security, and other non-IT roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiation and candidate follow-up until joining.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment MIS.
• Meet hiring targets and ensure timely closure of positions.

Requirements

• 2-8 years of experience in end to end Recruitment.
• Data Center / Facilities / MEP recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
